The Kingdom of Heaven -- the True Self for which we seek -- dwells within us, and above us at the same time. To sense this as true, even in the smallest way, is an invitation and an instruction, all at once. For not only must we know "where" these Divine forces meet and marry within us, but that we must also develop the attention we need to be able to stand "there"...in the midst of their eternal convergence.

It never dawns on us that most of what we do and think is an unconscious movement, instantly produced by resistance to revelation. We act so mechanically - especially in unwanted moments - pushed by familiar "I's" pursuing familiar patterns. We never see that the 'I' that doesn't want its condition IS the condition it doesn't want.
Pursue a New "I". Start to notice how familiar negative states are to you. When you feel them, pull yourself back into the role of observer of them. In accepting their revelation, you are released from the lower, unconscious,
mechanical nature into a stronger relationship with the level of being that showed that nature to you.
