Turn Life's "Stirring” Moments Into the Light That Sets You Free

Do you ever get stirred by life? Start noticing that the minute you're stirred, there's a mechanical reaction in you. The nature that has reacted, which is from the past, then gives you the action to take to reconcile the moment. But it doesn't reconcile anything, it just creates the illusion that "I" understand what has taken place. "I know you don't talk to me like that." "I know this shouldn't be happening." All that reactive nature can do is lead you away from the possibility of higher reconciliation in the moment, until it falls and finds itself in a pit. If you will instead sit there in the stirring, remaining present to everything taking place, you'll start to understand there's another "government" and you have another role, which is obedience to the divine. You live in two worlds at once -- one that reacts and wants to rule, and one that wants to illuminate something within you. Exchange obedience to a lower nature for obedience to the divine.
