To Be Free "Think 3" -- You, Me, and Thee (Remastered Classic Talk)

"Three: You, Me, and Thee".  When we feel tense and stressed, we are unaware that the burden we are carrying is an imagined burden. It is the product of a nature that creates a "problem" or "crisis" to be set against so that nature can feel important. To be free from this nature, one must first see it. 

Work in any moment of tension to first "Set Yourself Down". Remember your first responsibility is to be fully present to the moment. Feel yourself sitting in your chair. Walk consciously from one place to the next. Know that you are breathing. The more you're able to do this, the more clearly you'll see the nature pushing you is NOT you, and the less likely you'll be to go along with it.
