Exercise
"Be the Bridge." When something unwanted happens -- you get a phone call, or you're with someone negative -- and you have a reaction, work to sense yourself completely. Become active in feeling the wants/don't wants/fears/doubts/blame and see that what you perceive is acting upon you can't be separated from the level of consciousness that is being acted upon. This is the bridge -- it's an awareness of the active condition and the passive consciousness it revealed within you as being one thing. In this awareness you agree to reconcile the disparity between higher and lower worlds by allowing the world of timelessness and intelligence to perfect what is in time and undeveloped. Now you begin to know "the beauty of where you belong" as you fulfill your true purpose of connecting Heaven and earth.
