They are inseparable celestial characters, each surrendering itself to become the other... in a ceaseless, seamless Divine act of creation.

Student Talks: 7/14/2023 - Key Lesson: When the winds of fortune blow hot or cold, sweet or sour, don't lean toward one or away from the other. Instead, remain upright; only the balanced mind can walk safely over and through the uneven surfaces of this world.

Student Talks: 2/3/2023 - Key Lesson: The more we work to attend to the need of each new moment, the more the conflict of yesterday -- along with its closest friend, called the "fear of tomorrow" -- seems to be miraculously resolved, and then just quietly disappear!

Only when we turn a blind eye to a truth Life asks us to see about ourselves do we unknowingly judge ourselves, and where the suffering that follows is the result of having looked away.

Student Talks: 9/16/2022 - Key Lesson: Being convinced to worry over some darkness that "might be" just around the corner is an unseen interior shell game; (it's) a "play and lose" operation run by parts of us that know if they can't keep us resisting some impending fear they will have no choice but to disappear!

Student Talks: 8/19/2022 - Key Lesson: The imagined time of "rest" we seek is, in fact, the same as an invisible burr beneath our saddle, as whatever form of comfort it is that still eludes us doesn't exist without some corresponding sense of discomfort that keeps spurring us on.

Only the realization of this fact has the power to change the kind of actions we take, beginning with the choices that initiate them; where rather than struggling to come up with the right way to answer any "disturbing" moment...

Student Talks: 4/1/2022 - Key Lesson: Attention touches whatever level of being into which it reaches. Sustained attention connects these levels and, if maintained, allows for an exchange of energy between them. Consistent connectivity permits and gradually grows into a form of systemic symmetry, until all levels involved are permanently integrated.
