Part 1
The life and death of the Christ did not happen two-thousand years ago, any more than the rising and setting of the sun belongs to a particular place and time. Seen, or not, the life of Christ is always now... as is His sacrifice for the sake of the continuing perfection of the human Soul.
Part 2
Whatever we know “in part” keeps us identified with the unconscious parts (of us) that don't know they are apart from what they claim to understand.
Part 3
Before we can see the Divine will at work in all things, we must begin the work of surrendering our will to its eternal celestial design; where, upon entering therein -- in spite of the seeming cost of that sacrifice -- we agree to lose ourselves for the sake of being made a new creature, forever free.
Part 4
True spiritual progress is inseparable from seeing, and agreeing to undergo whatever is revealed as needing to be changed in one’s character. The interior effect of this (Divine) illumination never moves in a single direction, but rather occurs in all directions at once, like the radiations of the sun. This order of heavenly Light doesn’t just transform the darkness into which it enters... it exchanges it with its own celestial character.
