Catch yourself getting ready to throw the "stone" of judgment at someone else. See the nature that instantly starts judging when someone is acting boastful, arrogant, pushy, lazy, selfish. When you catch it, learn to say to yourself, OMG-JL-ME...Oh My God, Just Like Me. See your similarity as you recognize that "just like me" someone else can become a machine, get caught up in a dream stream, and become an instrument of this nature that blames or compares itself to others. It is impossible for you to judge someone else without first thinking that you are superior to them and without fault yourself. Humility is born when you see that you are no different from the state you are judging. Learn to become the "point of passage" by seeing the state and not allowing it to continue within you. Create your own list of instances that trigger judgment in you. Then work to put down the "stone" and pick up similarity.
