The Four Favorite Words of the True Spiritual Warrior

My life has been a series of dreams that have been constructed for me, and I'm convinced that anything that interrupts the dream is an enemy. I see Reality, and not my dream, as the problem. And now I'm in a nightmare. I call the shock of awakening the pain, and want to return to the dream. If I do this enough, I will lose the ability to be touched by God and know only the dream. I dream myself in a place beyond being disturbed, which means the dream is an extension of the fear of being disturbed. Life tries to shake me free of my idea of "gold." Meanwhile, this Great Life is producing Golden Glimpses, but we take them as a dark light. And I sell my soul for false gold. But life is an endless series of Golden Glimpses that I turn away from toward a brackish pond.

There is an intercessionary Light -- an act of Grace -- that occurs over and over where we're presented with conditions that seem to be outside us but are actually reflections of our misunderstanding about life. Life can only reflect what we are. When you meet the life you have given rise to, the reality of your hope, that is a Golden Glimpse. But I see it as a punishment. We think life won't give us what we want, but it's saying, "Let me give you my life." We're created to understand the Golden Glimpse.

Story: School for spiritual warriors, for purpose of developing certain souls who would by their very lives be "the beginning." We each are that - the darkness, the will, and the life. And the warrior allows himself to be a part of that continuous resurrection, and knows his own immortality. The students met monsters in their travels. There is no life without dark forms. These dark forms are transformed into new forms. The teacher met the dark forms saying "Let there be Light." Bring to the form the understanding that the form is emanating from me. By bringing in the Light, the Light changes what has arisen form the darkness. But you must engage the form with a sword of Light - not just words.

A disturbance is a wakeup call meant to awaken in you a new response. You see that you are a participant in the nightmare. But no enemy exists for the person who won't have one. Let the Light help you transcend the dark state of the opposites and the self that produces them. Have no enemies.

Nothing punishes us but our refusal to let the Golden Glimpses show us our responsibility to go through the death of the self that gave rise to that enemy. My purpose for being is full participation in God's Life.
