The real power behind faith is found in the Light within us that shows us what's true, and what's not, about who and what we are in reality.

We go over regrets constantly, so something in us must believe that they are useful; Regret does not transform the self. This means that we must attend to, embrace, and then enact what is Light, Right, and True, even in the midst of all that may seem wrong within or around us.
