Here is a great unseen Law: never ask someone to do for you what you haven't first struggled with, mightily, to do for yourself... For in adherence to this Law not only will you be open and willing to admit your present set of limitations, but you will also be forever grateful to whoever steps forward to help you see how to transcend them.

Exercise

"See Through Fear's False Choices"

Fear is always telling us what our limitations are. But what is talking to us in a challenging moment doesn't want us to realize it can be transcended. If we will go into the moment that fear tells us we should avoid, then the moment will reveal the fearful nature as the liar it is. 

Agreeing to go along with fear's choices only strengthens fear. The moment is the teacher. The way out is through. Don't resist the moment; allow it to be completed and you changed.
