The unwanted moments that move in-and-out of our lives are like shadows that pass through a forest on a sunny day; they do not come as some blind force set against our best interests; rather, they come to help us realize what our best interests actually are.

Any form of blame that we habitually identify with serves as an unseen confirmation, and therefore the reincarnation of that conditioned sense of self responsible for its painful reappearance.
Weigh anchor; stop blaming. There is never a moment without some disturbance beneath the waters. Opposing force is designed to bring the best out of you. Blame is an anchor born of comparison and continues the pain. The minute you believe someone else is responsible for what troubles you, that's an anchor. Stop burning and start learning from unwanted conditions. Remove justification from the blame. What wants to justify the suffering born of the pain is intrinsic in its continuation. Take one element out of it, i.e. resistance or denial. Change the nature of the observer by taking out what the old observer put in. By changing one thing, a new observer will be present to what is observed. Set sail into a new order of being.
