If we could choose not to be cruel or angry in any given moment, we would but we do these things any ways. We don't understand the weight that descends upon us when challenges arise. Our reaction to a perceived challenge is the ruler of our thoughts and feelings. It makes us its slave and determines our destiny. What keeps us from being the master of our lives is we have turned over our reason to our reactions. We are slaves of something that is meant to serve us. We are meant to live from something that is incorruptible. We need new knowledge.

The story of Rumpelstiltskin: If the miller's daughter does not spin straw into gold, she will get her head chopped off. An odd man comes to her rescue and she gives him her necklace, ring and finally the promise of her first-born child. When he comes for the child, she refuses and he tells her if she can guess his name she can keep the child. Names, words have their own kind of energy. If we can learn about something or someone, they will leave us alone. We don't know any possibilities except our reactions and what our minds tell us we need to do to fix the problem. She sends out her servants and at the farthest corner the little odd man is singing a song and reveals his name. She is no longer afraid of him because she knows his name. He has a tantrum and stomps his foot and pulls himself in two.

A daughter of a great king was sent to rule over another kingdom. She was advised by her minister how and what to do. He mostly only reported problems and his solutions to them. She began to realize she had no relationship with the kingdom except through her minister. One day she woke up and realized she was the servant of the minister and said to him, "Stay out of my Life" I do not need you in order to know who I am.

Words are expressions of ideas. In order for an idea to have life we have to give it energy. No form exists, a tree, leaf or even thought, without being an expression of an energy that gives rise to that form. We are servants of the thoughts we dwell upon, an energetic expression that breathes life into the mind chatter that is supported and substantiated by our past experiences. A blanket of darkness wraps itself around us. The spirit of that thought animates us and gives us its life and we serve its life. It carries with it its support cast.

3. Any kind of anxiety that pushes you to rush around.

5. Any part that whispers in your ear that others have it better than you do (Comparison).
6. Fearful spirit that others are out to hurt you. 
7. To any angry or revengeful state that convinces you, you need to get even with anyone. 
8. Any thought or feeling that tries to take you back in time to visit painful memories or into the future of what you will get or be.
9. Any thought or feeling that convinces you that the loss of anything has the power to diminish you. 
10. Any thought or feeling to have you believe you have to do any more with your life but to realize and develop your relationship with God.

Truth alone makes you the master of your life. Become a participant in the process of your own being. Be an interior human being. No longer be a possession of what has always betrayed you.
