All a sleeping man or woman knows to do when they are disturbed is to talk to themselves about what has disturbed them. You never see the real meaning of a moment through inner dialogue. You only see what the moment means to the nature that is defining it. "The blind are leading the blind".
In an unwanted moment, see through what is telling you the meaning of the moment. Stop talking to yourself about yourself. When you do, you'll see that what's talking to you is lying to you in order to keep ITSELF alive, and not you.
