Catch and watch the "INASTY." We presently follow a consciousness that believes it is natural to live in a state of negativity. This negativity is born of negative assumption, and in order to heal the ongoing torment we need to look at ourselves with honesty. We must be willing to see where it is that we look at this world through eyes that are filled with mistaken beliefs and opinions. The exercise is to catch instantaneous negative assumptions, and rather than identifying with the justification for why the moment must be resisted, welcome the moment instead for the purpose of revelation. Say "Yes" in those moments where something in you instantly says "No." Catch the "INASTY," the "Instantaneous Negative Assumption Syndrome Tormenting You." The exercise will reveal something about this consciousness that meets everything that doesn't match what it wants with resistance.
