Part 1
There is but one relationship one can have with the wind-blown events of this world that isn't a part of all the useless, unconscious suffering they create... and that is to be a conscious witness of them.

There is only one way to know -- beyond the shadow of a doubt -- the presence and power of that indwelling Divine nature that can't be dragged down -- or into yet another painful struggle with life: you must do the interior work needed to be (one with) it.
Each moment that life brings to you is an opportunity to see the will of the nature that has been stirred and only wants what it wants. That nature doesn't see the inherent perfection of the moment, it only looks for and finds what it needs in order to perfect itself so it can remain in place. Start to catch that pattern of "Reaction -> Distraction" and realize the reaction is just a knee jerk memory response that contests the higher will of the moment. When these unwanted moments come, learn to say -- "May I see the goodness of thy will in me." Now you begin the right struggle of suffering consciously. Don't go into fight or flight -- stand in the light of that will and you will find a peace that passes all understanding.
