Unmask the struggle. Our present level of consciousness is one that is driven to achieve whatever it thinks is necessary to fill what it imagines is missing. In its wake we are each left with a feeling of inadequacy, struggling in imagination with the idea that we are not enough. In order to be free and at peace, then our task is to unmask this struggle that's always presenting itself as something that must be fixed and made perfect again through an outwardly-directed action. As best you can, work in those unwanted moments to reclaim your attention, become aware of yourself, and stop struggling to change what you see. Instead of struggling with the world, make your struggle the work to observe the seer, the perceiver. See that you cannot be more than what you are in any moment, and what you are is already whole.
