"Wake Up to the Self Snatcher"

Negative states steal our identity every single day. Yet no "identity theft" is possible without us first giving it away unknowingly. We are blinded by what we are identified with, and that is when we are "shanghaied" by the Self Snatcher.

Wake up to the Self Snatcher. Work to be aware anytime anger, fear, urgency, tension, etc. tries to steal your attention. Resist the temptation to form an identity out of the condition. Stand in the light and refuse to let your identity be stolen from you.
