"Practice 'Bouncing Out'"

Too often we get caught in the world of opposites (the Kingdom of "Dual-Dumb"). We are convinced that when we are negative or feel something is missing in our lives that we can find what will give us peace of mind. This only keeps us addicted to a sense of self that can never be free. 

Practice "bouncing out" of the land of "Dual-Dumb." See the futility in being caught in the world of opposites.  Whenever you become aware of that conflicted world of the opposites, see that there is always something tempting you to "bounce back in." Reclaiming your attention from that nature is the reconciling force that frees you from it.
