How to Welcome Every Moment of Life (Even When It's One You Don't Want!)

Part 1
Our refusal to consciously meet any form of self-limitation only guarantees that it will be there waiting to greet us again -- and again -- until we discover the real reason behind its self-liberating revelation: we are not what we fear seeing about ourselves, nor are we the fear-filled level of self that would have us believe it so.
Part 2
Nothing in the universe has an independent existence; all of creation is mutually dependent, which means that no object -- no character or quality in and of itself -- can awaken itself, become aware of itself... Let alone make itself new.
Exercise
When an active force of life meets what is passive in your consciousness, there's a momentary spark of light for the purpose of revelation. Work to catch the mechanical rejection of any limitation seen or anything that doesn't line up with the image you have of yourself. Realize that the spark of light is the "celestial coach" appearing to say "take a look at this" in order to provide a bridge between the two levels of consciousness. In that instantaneous relationship between that which is acting and that which is acted upon, there is a marriage between them. As you are shown a new possibility, you leave the lower level and are born into a new level of understanding. When you see there is no end to this revelation and rebirth, you realize you are revelation itself and now you are free.
