"Feel the Emotional Reaction - Don't Become It"

We currently live an abridged life. We allow emotions, especially fear, to reduce life down to something we think we recognize and then "know what to do" with it. But you cannot fear life and learn to feel at the same time. As long as we identify with emotions, we remain cut off from real life. 

Learn to feel the emotional reaction - not become it. We must first separate from ourselves in order to become ourselves. Complete the moment by dying to the part of you that wants to name the moment. This is what it means to be truly active in life and filling our Divine role in it.
