"Be Where I Am." In unwanted moments, our minds are in constant conflict with what is taking place. What we don't see is that the pain we're reliving is a product of our own "knowledge". And we suffer by identifying with what isn't intelligent at all.
Work to catch your mind "thinking about a problem". Step out of the stream of thought and time. See the nature interested only in recreating the same circumstance again so it can define itself. Remember "Be Where I Am".
