The peace of heaven is a time and place without "you" in it. The rarest form of self-knowledge is to know you don't want to see the truth about yourself; yet until you do, you will never be free. The dominant reaction one has in any unwanted moment is to look away from the moment. Expose the DLAT (Don't Look At That) syndrome. See without fear what the Light has come to show you. Do not turn and run, but see what you're trying to escape from. The Truth must be accepted and left alone. You will be released from fear of yourself, which is the only fear there is. Fear is the father of mediocrity. It disappears as the light and peace of heaven appears.
