Four Higher Insights to Help Free You from the Fear of Emptiness

1. Emptiness does not, as we mistakenly perceive it, imply nothingness; rather, (it is) an available space -- a Divine place in time -- waiting to be filled. As such, given its celestial character, emptiness plays an invisible role in the ceaseless act of creation itself.

2. There is no "shoe that drops," no "special slipper" that fits (or fails to!) that does not come in pairs. To be able to see this truth -- to remember it in the throes of denying an unwanted moment -- is to live from a higher understanding that allows for sorrow, or joy, but that never clings to one at the expense of the other.

3. The fear of emptiness is filled with what you've imagined is to be avoided at all costs.

4. The mind, the heart, that fears any sudden sense of emptiness is neither your mind, nor your heart. Your True Self is empty of useless, painful resistance... and yet, full of the Light that reveals it as such.
