Topics covered:  The purpose of life is to wake up from the dream life you are in and discover a new relationship with the life that is everlasting; If regret is such a great tool for self change, then why doesn't it work? We go over regrets constantly, so something in us must believe that they are useful; Regret does not transform the self. It ensures the continuation of the lower nature that condemns us through those same regrets.

Topics covered:  Nobody ever believes that they are part of the problem; Why does the possibility of changing seem to become more elusive the older that we get?; There is a possibility of perfection that has nothing to do with thought, but we spend most of our lives lost in thought about how we can achieve an imagined perfection in a time to come.

But the other -- and equally important half of this same purpose and promise -- without which the first part can't succeed -- is as follows: our partner in life is also there to help us see everything in us that now stands in the way of our coming to realize this same higher love.
