Summary

In this short talk Guy illustrates the importance of awareness in every moment of our lives. Who we are presently can't change us. In order to begin the hard work of authentic change we must make it our aim to do one thing in awareness -- sitting down, walking, eating -- even if just for one minute. This effort, the act of choosing awareness, begins the work of connecting us to the higher worlds in which true change is possible.
