"Who am I?" and "What should I do?" are underneath just about every question we ask about life.

There is no problem outside of what we have yet to understand about ourselves.

If we had a real understanding of levels and scale, we would not be frantically asking "Who am I?" and "What should I do?" all day long.

The perfect reflection of yourself is always there to be seen in each and every moment... if you don't run away from the revelation.

Love cannot act against itself anymore than the night sky fights with the starlight that shines through it.

We don't need to figure out what it means to love others. That leads to conflict. We just need to be present to how painful it is to have enemies. It is love that reveals the pain in harboring enemies.

You don't know the value of upsetting yourself. You only value what you want so that you won't get upset by any kind of disturbance.

If you make an intention to do what you don't want to do, the unconscious nature that doesn't want to do anything will be revealed. The beauty of doing what you don't want to do is that on the other side of the resistance is the flow.

True teachings are always about negation, not affirmation.

We think that thinking is the same as doing. When in fact, unconscious thinking is a state in which we are passive to a nature that wants what it wants.

Real spiritual work is in one way or another a real engagement with the moment. Everything else is imagined. If you are engaged with the moment, then that spiritual work will result in revelation of yourself.

In order to understand right action, you must be quite clear about what wrong action is. Pure action has no residue, and anything following that action that painfully second-guesses what you have done is recognized as a part of what is wrong.
