Notice the wind and see what it reveals. Catch those moments when you feel yourself wanting to keep accounts against other people, say that cruel and careless remark, or worry about what tomorrow will bring. See in those moments how something in you wants to rummage through your personal "weeping basket" to go over the familiar contents that have been gathered over time. Begin to understand that an unwanted moment is not trying to take anything real from you... It is trying to help you see that you are clinging to something that you no longer need. Instead of clinging to what no longer works, learn to use the winds of life to let go of what is intended to be released.
