Classroom Talk: 10/6/2004 - Not wanting events to unfold as they do often feels like a measure of control over unwanted moments, but any negative reaction to reality is only an unseen form of self-punishment and not the rescuing power we mistake it to be. The only thing our resistance to life adds to us is the weight of a self-induced suffering born of a needless worry. 

Classroom Talk: 12/5/2003 - The true path to Greatness is found in our willingness to walk toward, and then through, whatever may be seen in that moment as being greater than ourselves.

Classroom Talk: 9/12/2003 - Once we understand how to use them... life's many unwanted twists and turns are no longer seen as being just isolated, disjointed experiences under whose yoke we are born to be burdened, but instead are realized as unique opportunities whose rewards are the lessons that can lead us, if we will follow, up to and through the successful education of our soul.
