To Find Yourself You Must Learn to Look in the Right Place

Instead of asking "Who am I?" work to see yourself as you are. We don't see it, but the question "who am I" is asked every instant of a human being's life and is underneath everything we do, think, and say. Something happens and we instantly think, what does this mean to me? Who am I if I do this, or don't do that? What kind of person will I be? The part of you that asks questions with pain, stress, and anxiety isn't really interested in knowing the answers, it's only interested in the continuity of itself. See that in trying to resolve these questions, you look everywhere other than into the reflection of the moment in which the truth of yourself is revealed. There is no problem outside of what you have failed to understand about yourself, and the only way to understand yourself is to see yourself as you are.
