Drink from the cup of revelation. Unrecognized, in unwanted moments we presently act from a weakness that belongs to a level of consciousness that doesn't want to be itself. We are deceived by the belief that if we don't resist this weakness that we see in ourselves, then nothing is ever going to change. Instead of fighting with or running from what we see, our new exercise is to drink from the cup of revelation, and as best we can, to understand what we are given to see. When facing an unwanted moment, the task is not to imagine what you should become in order to deal with what you see. Instead the task is for you to be what you are right in the moment where you don't want to be it, and agree to see what that part of you doesn't want to look at. Come into as full of an awareness as possible of everything being revealed in the moment, including everything in you that is resisting the revelation. Understand that you are given this gift of revelation so that you can understand and take part in the transcending of every weakness that you agree to see.
