"Catch Yourself Carrying Past Painful Thoughts." See that an unconscious nature keeps imposing the conditioning of its past on the present moment. "The past crucifies the present".
In an unwanted moment, work to awaken to this lower nature, going back to the past to explain the present moment. Catch yourself carrying the last thought you had. See how this lower nature wants to make a "molehill" into a "mountain" through resistance. If you can catch it, you can drop it. Let it be "dead on arrival". When you do this, a new conception is possible within you, instead of the unconscious crucifixion of yourself by a consciousness that cares nothing for you.
