Part 1

Go through some fear you're sure you can't... and come out on the other side stronger, wiser, and with more faith. Go around any anxious worry or doubt... and never come out.

Part 2

Ignorance is not bliss: it is one of the driving forces behind the feeling of being made a victim in this life. On the other hand, self-knowledge is the only real source of security there is, as it is incapable of being made into a captive of anything.

Part 3

Allowing any painful thought, any dark feeling to eat at you -- by consenting to sit down with it at what turns out to be a "table of torment" -- serves nothing... save for feeding some unconscious nature that lives only to consume negative energy.
