What is on the other side of a negative reaction? Participate in the answer by living the question. Stay in the "sanctuary of awareness" long enough to find out what's on the other side of the resistance, on the other side of loneliness, addition, fear, etc. The answer is in the awareness of the disturbance, not in what tells you how to get rid of the disturbance. No one side exists without its other side. When the two sides come together, that awareness gives birth to another order of understanding. Our true self contains both sides of the equation. There is nothing to do, only something to see.
