The most valuable thing in the world is to own our attention and attend to what we see. When we do, it allows the moment to reveal to us that we are never apart from the love, intelligence, and strength that we long for. But in moments of disturbance we are easily tempted away from that understanding by a lower nature that tells us "You need time to figure this out, to fix things" or "I'll be different when...." Time is just an illusion that keeps you separate from the answers you already have within you. Stop postponing revelation by asking questions like "What does this mean?" "Why is this happening to me?" "Oh no. What do I do now?" and instead start seeing the answer. In the moment that has brought up the question, Be the Answer. If you remain present in that moment, no matter how challenging, you will be given everything you need, because that's when you are teachable.
