Catch the judge in you. See the part of you that becomes impatient, frustrated, or wants to punish someone whenever you feel disturbed. The nature that judges comes with a negative knowing of what to do: push the offending person away, control something... basically find somebody or something guilty. Make a list of the predominant things and people that part of you judges. You are living with a nature that captures your attention and loves to be resentful. Work to feel what tries to take your attention from you. You'll see that you are secretly breathing more life into that nature and that it wants to be disturbed and goes looking for pain. Watch what happens when you bear the judge and refuse to go along with its conclusions. Expose all you can about this inner judge. Seeing this judging nature is the beginning of freedom from the prison it runs and from its authority over you.
