Part 1: Only complete action on our part has the power to teach us, completely, those lessons that real Life would have us learn.

Part 2: Regardless of circumstance, our first action must be to give our complete attention to all that we are being given to see, and to be... accordingly. This is how we realize the Good: the all-at-once justice and mercy that lay hidden in every moment of time.

We will, but yet we can't.

Student Talks: 05/01/2026 - Just as the light of a candle can’t be moved by the shadows it casts, so is there within us a Light that can reveal and observe a reaction without being identified with it, let alone be moved by its shape or character.

Topics covered: The mind is forever trying to find a way to escape from the prison that it is constructing; Is there any other way to respond to a negative reaction other than to identify with, and then act out its choices... only to react again to the inescapable result of the choice we have made, and in whose promise we've become identified? What if its choices are not ours?; We go into thought in order to get out of the unwanted condition, when thinking itself IS the condition.

Student Talks: 02/06/2026 - Giving yourself empty things to do can't fill the emptiness you feel inside, so…risk leaving that space empty; allow it to be filled with something you can't give yourself: freedom from the fear of feeling empty.

Student Talks: 01/16/2026 - Given time, whatever degree of dependency we help to create in others will eventually prove itself a prison of our own making... For there is no form of psychological dependency that doesn't make a captive of whoever may be involved in that relationship... including the one who unknowingly initiated it.

Topics covered:  Within each moment is that which understands the purpose of its creation; The purpose of real contemplation is to give an individual, according to their willingness, an ephiany, which is a simultaneous glimpse of the opposites, revealing a wholeness that is greater than the sum of its parts; Desperation is born of feeling oneself as separate and apart from life.

Remastered Classic Talk: 12/21/16 - The Kingdom of Heaven -- the True Self for which we seek -- dwells within us, and above us at the same time. To sense this as true, even in the smallest way, is an invitation and an instruction, all at once. For not only must we know "where" these Divine forces meet and marry within us, but that we must also develop the attention we need to be able to stand "there"...in the midst of their eternal convergence.

Our new and highest possibilities can only be found at a point in time when, and where our efforts to transcend our present set of possibilities have been expired. Here’s why: It’s what we do when we come to the end of all that we know how to do that determines whether or not we realize a new order of understanding that waits for us just on the other side of the known.

Topics covered:  Our lives are spent trying to change our lives in an attempt to find some kind of happiness as it has been imagined. Yet after all of these years, we are still trying to change our lives; There is the kind of life spent trying to change your life, and then there the kind of life that understands the futility of struggling to change your life as you imagine it.
