Exercise

"Learn to See and Then Be"

Your present life has everything defined by what takes place outside of you. What we call our "choices" in a moment of disturbance are not our choices at all. We are being "passively active" to a lower nature, serving its will.

Work to be ACTIVELY PASSIVE, instead of "passively active". Learn to See and then Be. See and feel the reaction. Be aware of the temptation to identify with what you have always called "yourself", but know that it is not "You". Out of that understanding can come an awareness that can transform that being, and the moment.
