"Be the Reflection of the Moment." If we want freedom from negative states, we must be willing to see a moment completely. We have something in us that cannot stand the idea of the whole of a moment. All it wishes to do is reject or resist what is being revealed about itself.
Work to be the mirror that fully reflects the moment. Remain aware of yourself inwardly at the same time as you are aware of all that is taking place outside of you. Using "double attention" connects you to what is eternal within yourself.
