Summary
Everything we need to know about "what to do" is always right here with us. But the mind that is always trying to escape the moment that is being revealed believes that it must think of something to do in order to get through the moment. There is no problem in the present moment. There is only a mind that creates a problem because it doesn't understand the moment, and then dreams up a plan to save itself from the imagined threat. Seeing this is the same as knowing what to do.
