Face Your Fears Consciously
Fearful moments are never the product of some condition or circumstance. They are produced by an unconscious nature - always seeking "answers" to itself - which only perpetuate it. Faith is born out of one's willingness to see this relationship and take a new action.
Don't try to "just get through things". Work instead to face any fear consciously by entering into the moment with the full awareness of yourself. Your True Nature is the answer because it is always being reborn. Let this new understanding work for you instead of the old nature unconsciously working for and reincarnating itself.
