Exercise
Name your own buttons -- the points that dominate you and cause you to rush, get angry, be arrogant, etc. When the tests come, agree to stand in the moment and "exercise" your soul and spirit by choosing in favor of character instead. Each time you enter into the interior spiritual gym you will gain a greater clarification of your weaknesses, and little by little will develop an alignment with what is authentically true and strong.
