Useless resistance feeds useless suffering, even as useless suffering feeds useless resistance; but it is we who -- in our ignorance of this unseen relationship -- are consumed in the endless service of an unconscious nature that cares for nothing other than its own continuity...
It's impossible to let go of any painful moment until we lose interest in the troubled sense of self that we are deriving from it...
