In this video, we'll explore the concept that the only conflict we ever truly face is the one within us. It's not the world or the people around us, but the outdated ideas, beliefs, and identities that we cling to that keep us trapped in circles of frustration. When we recognize this, life can no longer be a battle. It becomes a journey of self-discovery and transformation.
Fear and frustration are the negative effects of meeting unwanted moments from an unconscious nature whose dark reaction concludes its painful condition is intransient. Love and patience are positive expressions of an awakening nature that can see that all things under the sun -- regardless of their form -- may be transformed by one's work to understand their arising.
All negative emotions, but especially anger, are the offspring of one dark state...a frustrated desire that would rather set fire to the object, person, or condition seen as being at fault, than turn around and see itself for what it is in reality: the unseen source of its own suffering.
