Whether it's issues concerning health, relationships, or some other heartache... letting go is the central theme of this life; we can either agree with its great lesson and learn to release our resistance to unwanted moments... or cling and cry, and continue serving a suffering that changes nothing.

Part 1: Each moment of life is only as precious as our ability to be in it. Part 2: We know life by its movement -- by its parade of passing things, and by our thoughts about them that lend us a ceaseless sensation of ourselves. But to know our True Self, to dwell in its timeless sanctuary through which all the forms of life come and go -- then we must know stillness.

Student Talks: 9/26/2025 - We have but a single thing to do to satisfy the Soul and, in turn, fulfill her role in the Greater Plan of Creation. Our one True Task in Life is... to complete the moment as we are given to it. This is the first agreement; and in our obedience (to it) is found not only our freedom... but also the assurance of knowing that whatever sacrifice we must make to that greater end ensures all that follows is always in the best interest of everyone, and everything around us.

 

Excellence, wherever... and within whomever you may find it, is always a result of effort... never by accident.

Trying to outrun or, in any other way, distract yourself from the presence of a punishing state within you is like hoping to find shelter from a sweltering day by hiding in a steam bath.
