Classroom Talk: 1/10/2024 - Real life is change; it is creation revealing its endlessness. We can either realize our existence within its movement as a designated part of its Divine design, or can continue to struggle with unwanted moments in the false belief that our pain proves we know how the story of life is supposed to unfold.

Student Talks: 01/02/2026 - We do not become prisoners because we fail to escape some painful pattern. We become prisoners because we imagine there is a “someone” inside the pattern who must escape it. In truth, the sense of self that feels trapped is a creation of an unconscious nature struggling to escape the experience of itself. Once realized that the suffering inherent in this conflict is not yours…it no longer needs to be transcended; it's released without effort because it simply has no one left to belong to.
Student Talks: 9/20/2024 - Key Lesson: Hanging onto a handful of anxious, worried thoughts to protect you from what they point to as a fearful moment to come, is like wrapping your arms around the anchor of a sinking ship because there's nothing left on deck for you to cling to as it goes down!
Topics covered: "Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these." -- New Testament; Everyday you make choices that are given to you by something that is stealing your life; You believe that you are making an intelligent choice when you are afraid. You believe that the fear will deliver you from fear, that the anxiety will deliver you from anxiety, that the doubt will deliver you from doubt, etc.

Topics covered: The mind creates enemies through resistance to its own memories; You are not going to think yourself out of the experience of yourself. The thinking nature IS the experience that it wants to escape from; Most of us live within a repeating psychological pattern that includes the plans to escape from it. Eventually the human being becomes the pattern.
Topics covered: In order to genuinely change our life, we need a change of light. And the light that reveals our consciousness hurts the eyes at first; The land of "one and done" that we are all trying to reach exists only in imagination. There is no such place. It is a mythological land. This is what mechanical religion and false teachers try to sell to you; If you don’t see for yourself the truth of something, you do not know the truth...
Stress, anxiety, and tension are the dark jewels adorning a thorny crown we must wear whenever we try to live more than one moment at a time.
If you follow that path through life that rushing cuts out for you be assured you'll always return to where you started out...the captive of a compulsive nature for whom anxiety is like an aged wine, and futility...its intoxication.
Who is the most unwelcome guest that appears at your door? (And it is not your son-in-law!) Again... Who is the most unwelcome guest that ever came 'knock-knock-knocking' at your door? How many of you had some dark thought or feeling knock at your door and wake you up this very morning... unwanted guests such as depression, anxiety... "Hello, anybody home?" How about worry...
When some anxiety comes along and takes over your life, are you an awake, inwardly centered person or are you an unconscious, outwardly driven man or woman? Which are you? That you're outwardly directed is pretty obvious. Why? Because that anxious state could not exist without your false belief that who you are -- your well-being -- is connected to something happening exterior to yourself. And...
In the same way you know that a dog may bark and nip at you but not harm you, when you hear a voice that says, "you're out of time," or feel a pressure telling you, "you've got to run," one day you'll feel that pressure, that hypertension, that anxiety, and inwardly you will hear another certain kind of voice that basically says, "That's it. No more running for you. No more running for you."
