Part 1 It may be said one finds freedom from suffering over oneself in direct proportion to one's realization that there is no separate self whose suffering is to be resisted. Part 2 All unconscious suffering is... consensual.
We can imagine, and then wish for what we hope will make us whole -- fearless and free -- but real wholeness, spiritual freedom is unimaginable, as is the inner path that leads us to realize that innate Divine estate.
No one escapes a painful pattern who doesn't see it as being one; this means our freedom begins only as we work to realize and then release our relationship with whatever is seen to be holding us captive.

No other can do what God asks of you alone. This knowledge is the seed of a confidence that has no past; it leads to a self-reliance without painful self-reference. The flowering of this understanding is freedom.
The more we struggle to fit into this world’s idea of freedom, the more imprisoned we become for having assumed the shape of some fear that we may get left behind, or be otherwise misunderstood.
Any form of suffering or conflict that tells us to look into the past for its "cause" -- or to the future, in the hope of some imagined freedom to come -- isn’t just useless, it’s wasted.
Don't wish for freedom; choose it. Start by challenging the false notion that negativities are true powers. Deliberately walk past any dark state whose painful presence -- left uncontested -- makes you a prisoner of its domain.
Topics covered: Spiritual parables and symbols are intended to convey celestial principles that words cannot explain; One of the chief deceptions that we fall for is that something is missing from our lives, and that we will be able to acquire it in a time to come. As a result, we don't want anything that gets in the way of that ambition; We spend our lives trying to possess what we perceive to be good, and avoid anything that is judged to be bad.
