Truth, like sunlight, radiates out, ceaselessly pouring down from the Great Unknown into an experience of temporarily "knowing." But, don't miss the point: without emptiness, nothing flows. Don't let the fear of empty spaces deceive you into trying to fill yourself; for if you do... you will never realize, let alone enter into the current of real Life.
The better we understand the following correlation, the sooner we'll recognize and be willing to walk the upward path that leads to the end of unconscious suffering: the more negative we become over any unwanted condition, the less we understand about ourselves and, accordingly, our unseen role in the very condition we so eagerly resist.
There is only one reason why we ever become negatively inclined, let alone surrender ourselves to the debilitating embrace of any dark character that comes calling for us: We have forgotten that within us dwells a Light whose power grants us the right to choose the kind of company we keep.
No moment is any more "important" than we make it out to be. This means no moment, in and of itself, is important... but rather that somewhere within us dwells a desperate part of us that will -- and does -- make any event into exactly what it needs in order to give itself the feeling of being important!...
Our need to change, to be made new, is constant; however, so is our resistance to change. The former is inseparable from the freedom it heralds, while the latter ensures the continuation of patterns that imprison the soul. Choose the latter, and living becomes dying, but choose the former and see how dying leads to Life.
I had a dream in which an angel came to me and said that: "You will get whatever you want in your life from this world and in this world."...
Life -- this moment and every moment -- is a school for the education of the soul. At its heart is an invisible core curriculum, a kind of celestial "program" with one great purpose: to help us realize that behind each of the life-lessons that comes our way dwells a divine, just, and loving Intelligence that wants us to be one with its life.
Without the indwelling presence of an eternal Christ -- in whose radiance is made apparent the shadows that we have taken to be our self -- we couldn't see, never really comprehend the difference between spiritual darkness and light; we'd be unable to differentiate between weakness and strength... Let alone be willing to surrender ourselves to that Light wherein abides a new order of Love, uno...
Human arrogance -- its entire dark and painful pretense -- exists only as it does because of how distanced we've become from the immense and Divine mystery of our own being. The more we awaken to the depth of this mystery, the more we see our life through the eyes of a whole new level of being endowed with a natural, yet supernal humility.
Look closely at what a person struggles with in life; the actual nature of what he or she is fighting to possess, protect, or win. To what does he give his time, most of his attention? To what end her plans, the things she pursues and puts first each day? Such is the only real way to measure the true nature of anyone's character, including our own.
Part 1 Real-life is the ceaseless expression of converging celestial forces as altogether they manifest what "cries out" to be harmonized in creation by the (merciful and loving) will of the Creator. Part 2 Most everything that we think we "see"... isn't as it appears to be; that's why "wait and watch" is the true path that leads to the summit of higher self-knowledge.
Part 1 You can neither control, nor change any anxious thought or emotion that rushes in and sweeps you off of your feet because this "I" -- this sense of yourself suddenly in a struggle to escape a psychological storm -- is itself a part of the squall it now so vigorously resists. Part 2 Every thought, a blockage. Every emotion, a limitation. Every movement, a hindrance to Thee.
