Dwelling on any dark state is a form of negative fascination; fear, doubt, resentment, and worry are all part of an unconscious routine through which resistance continues to refresh itself, all the while draining its unwary host. So remember: real life never repeats itself... and neither should you.
If, each day, we would each make it our aim to show even the most common kind of consideration to those we meet along the way, then daily acts of distrust, resentment, and fear would become more and more uncommon, and the troubles of this world would melt away.
