Meditation is the understanding in action that (your) being is the active expression of a fully reflective experience... One that is ceaselessly changing due to what passes before it and within it, yet unchanging in its capacity to perfectly reflect these changes.
Contemplation is sustained attention on a question the heart holds in its keeping, knowing, full well, that the mind -- of itself -- cannot answer. This form of sustained conscious inquiry is the ground of true meditation: it is creation aware of itself.
An ever-widening meditation -- that can, and should be practiced everywhere, under any circumstance, (other than when one must employ practical thought) -- is how we steadily bridge the illusion of duality... ending the painful illusion of imagining ourselves as apart from the Divine source of our (own) soul.
