Topics covered: As long as you are afraid of life, you have not accomplished anything, despite how much you believe you have accomplished; It is a nightmare to believe that you have to endlessly prove yourself, over and over again; There is an immense difference between trying to prove yourself, and trying to be yourself. We have mistaken "proving yourself" for "being yourself." The world does not know anything about what it means to "be yourself."
The real source of resentment toward others is not due to some power we may think they have and hold over us; rather, it arises from a secret weakness within us that keeps us believing that someone else holds the key to our well being.
Any form of measuring yourself by the unkind action of another towards you is like looking into a badly fractured mirror... and then blaming yourself for the shattered image you see therein.
